Changes at Work

Changes at work can be planned or unplanned, considered or sudden, wanted or unwanted. But however they come about, job changes affect our lives in many ways – practically, financially and emotionally.

When you are looking at starting or leaving a job, there are a lot of things to consider. Most of us spend a large proportion of our waking lives either at work or thinking about work. Our social lives can also be entangled with our jobs, and changing can have a far-reaching impact on our entire life. Even small changes such as a promotion or reorganisation can affect us in profound ways.
